Guides & Guidelines as amended, taking into account amendments up to Higher Education Provider Amendment (Tuition Protection and Other Measures) Guidelines 2020

These guidelines have been amended to change references from the Minister to the Secretary in some provisions, remove the reference to the Australian Universities Quality Agency as its functions have transferred to the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency and update the Department’s name to reflect Machinery of Government changes.
