This instrument extends the period during which the Public Health (Jervis Bay Territory) Emergency Declaration 2020 is in force by a period of 90 days. The effect of this extension is that the public health emergency declared under the Public Health (Jervis Bay Territory) Emergency Declaration 2020 will remain in force for a period of 95 days, subject to any future extension or revocation.
