This instrument precludes certain classes of persons from the extended membership arrangements of the Public Sector Superannuation Accumulation Plan provided by the Superannuation Amendment (PSSAP Membership) Act 2020, and repeals the Superannuation (PSSAP—Former Commonwealth Ordinary Employer-Sponsored Member) Determination 2017.
