This instrument amends the Customs Regulation 2015 to increase the hourly rate in relation to the overtime fee and location fee, and the hourly rate in relation to the travelling expenses to and from a customs depot, to $65.45 per hour.

1  Name

                   This instrument is the Customs Amendment (Fees) Regulations 2020.

2  Commencement

             (1)  Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

Insert:

158  Amendments made by the Customs Amendment (Fees) Regulations 2020

                   The amendments of these Regulations made by Schedule 1 to the Customs Amendment (Fees) Regulations 2020 apply in relation to requests made, or travel undertaken, on or after the commencement of that Schedule.
