This instrument amends the Competition and Consumer Regulations 2010 by repealing and substituting regulation 92AA to prescribe a process that complementary medicines have undergone in Australia, authorised by a licence, to be substantially transformed for the purposes of paragraph 255(2)(c) of the Australian Consumer Law.
