CASA ADCX 013/20 Airworthiness Directives as made
This instrument repeals five Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) airworthiness directives (ADs) that are no longer required.The ADs relate to inspection and rectification or maintenance of specified aircraft or aeronautical products.

1.            Name of Instrument

                 This instrument is CASA ADCX 013/20 - Repeal of Airworthiness Directives AD/BAe 146/42 Amdt 1, AD/BAe 146/92, AD/BAe 146/110, AD/BAe 146/114, and AD/BAe 146/130.

2.            Commencement

                 This instrument commences on 27 November 2020.

3.            Repeal

                 The Airworthiness Directives (AD) mentioned in Schedule 1 are repealed on the date specified for them in the Schedule.
