This instrument makes amendments to the flight operations regulations (FOR) ahead of the commencement of the FOR in late 2021. It simplifies elements of Parts 138 and 91, corrects technical issues and errors within the FOR, makes minor policy changes, and enables increased clarity for the subordinate aviation legislation in the form of Manuals of Standards (MOS) for the FOR.
