Electoral and Referendum Regulation 2016 2
1 Name
This instrument is the Electoral and Referendum Amendment (Prescribed Authorities) Regulations 2020.
2 Commencement
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

This instrument is made under the Commonwealth Electoral Act 1918.

Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
Schedule 1—Amendments
Electoral and Referendum Regulation 2016
1 Clause 1 of Schedule 1 (cell at table item 18, column headed “Agency or authority”)
Repeal the cell, substitute:
2 Clause 1 of Schedule 1 (at the end of the table)
Add:
| 28 | Agency covered by section 117 of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 (the Statutory Agency consisting of the Chief Executive Officer and staff) | preventing, detecting or investigating fraud and non‑compliance matters in relation to the Agency’s purposes (within the meaning of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013) |
