This instrument repeals the AD/INST/37 - Altitude Preselector/Alerter because the affected Collins PRE-80A and PRE-80B Altitude Preselector/Alerter is no longer manufactured and all units in service have been modified with Service Bulletin Collins PRE-80A/80B Number 6.

CASA ADCX 009/20 - Repeal of Airworthiness Directive AD/INST/37

1.            Name of Instrument

                 This instrument is CASA ADCX 009/20 - Repeal of Airworthiness Directive AD/INST/37.

2.            Commencement

                 This instrument commences on 21 August 2020.

3.            Repeal

                 The Airworthiness Directive (AD) mentioned in Schedule 1 is repealed on the date specified for it in the Schedule.
