This instrument provides for the addition of the listed drug semaglutide and the deletion of the listed drugs idarubicin and prasugrel. Additionally, it also provides for the deletion of forms of the listed drugs aspirin, diazepam, heparin, levodopa with carbidopa, ondansetron, phenelzine and whey protein formula supplemented with amino acids, long chain polyunsaturated fatty acids, vitamins and minerals, and low in protein, phosphate, potassium and lactose from the list of pharmaceutical benefits that can be supplied as a Continued Dispensing supply.

1  Name

(1) This instrument is the National Health (Continued Dispensing – Emergency Measures) Amendment Determination 2020 (No.5).

(2) This instrument may also be cited as PB 58 of 2020.

2  Commencement

(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.
