This instrument amends the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Rule 2014 to prescribe the reporting requirements for Commonwealth entities under the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 where a Commonwealth entity ceases to exist or where there is a transfer of functions.
