This instrument amends the Biosecurity (Exit Requirements) Determination 2020 to enable travellers to Nauru to undergo a health screening by human biosecurity officers from listed airports to establish whether individuals may be, or may have been, infected with human coronavirus with pandemic potential.

1  Name

                   This instrument is the Biosecurity (Exit Requirements) Amendment (Nauru) Determination 2020.

2  Commencement

             (1)  Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

                   This instrument is made under subsection 45(2) of the Biosecurity Act 2015.
