This instrument enables all Australians to access new telehealth and phone consultation services. These new services will be available for all patients, with or without COVID-19, to see any general practitioner or medical specialist, during the COVID-19 health emergency. It also repeals the Health Insurance (Section 3C General Medical Services –COVID-19 Services) Determination 2020.
