This instrument contains matters the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commissioner will consider when assessing whether registered NDIS providers have complied with requirements imposed by sections 13 and 13A of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Provider Registration and Practice Standards) Rules 2018 to provide notice of certain changes and events to the Commissioner.
