General Comments: This instrument was originally made under subsection 1101A(1) of the Corporations Act 2001 and from 1 January 2021 is taken to have been approved under section 1101A of the Corporations Act 2001, as substituted by Schedule 1 item 4 of the Financial Sector Reform (Hayne Royal Commission Response) Act 2020 (see Schedule 1 item 8 of the Financial Sector Reform (Hayne Royal Commission Response) Act 2020 for details).
