This instrument replaces pre-existing Marine Order 63 (Vessel reporting systems) 2015 that establised a system for the mandatory reporting of the movement of vessels in the MASTREP area and the REEFREP area, prescribed for subsection 221(3) of the Navigation Act 2012.
