This instrument commences on 22 October 2019.

3               Authority

This instrument is made under subsection 196B(2) of the Veterans' Entitlements Act 1986.

4               Amendment

The Statement of Principles concerning Ross River virus infection (Reasonable Hypothesis) (No. 94 of 2019) (Federal Register of Legislation No. F2019L01355) is amended in the following manner:
