These regulations declare 'combat duties' and 'combat-related duties' for the purposes of subsection 53(2) of the Disability Discrimination Act 1992. The Regulations also prescribe certain Commonwealth and State laws for the purposes of subsection 47(2) of the Disability Discrimination Act 1992.
