This instrument amends the Therapeutic Goods (Excluded Goods) Determination 2018 to specify fluoridated reticulated drinking water to be excluded goods for the purposes of the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989 (the Act). The effect is to exclude fluoridated reticulated drinking water from the operation of the Act.
