CASA EX41/19 Exemptions as made
This instrument provides a method by which applicants for pilot type ratings for the Swearingen SA226/227 and Embraer EMB120 types of aircraft can complete part of the flight training and take a flight test in an aircraft, rather than a flight simulator. It addresses the lack of fidelity of the relevant Australian flight simulators to satisfy all of the training and testing requirements for the issue of the ratings.
