1  Name    

                   This instrument is the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation (Licence Eligibility—CEVA Logistics (Australia) Pty Ltd) Declaration 2019.

2  Commencement

                   This instrument commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.

3  Authority

                   This instrument is made under section 100 of the Act.

4  Definitions

                   In this instrument:

Act means the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988.

                   CEVA Logistics means CEVA Logistics (Australia) Pty Ltd (ACN 008 438 239; ABN 63 008 438 239).

5  Declaration

                   Being satisfied that it would be desirable for the Act to apply to employees of CEVA Logistics, I declare that CEVA Logistics is eligible to be granted a licence under Part VIII of the Act.

Note:    CEVA Logistics is a corporation that is carrying on business in competition with a Commonwealth authority or with another corporation that was formerly a Commonwealth authority.

6  Repeal

                   This instrument is repealed the day after the end of the period of 24 months beginning on the day this instrument commences.
