List of Specimens taken to be Suitable for Live Import Amendment                  (Pygmy Hippopotamus) Instrument 2019

 

I, Melissa Price, Minister for the Environment, pursuant to subparagraph 303EC(1)(a)(i) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, and having considered a report under subparagraph 303EC(5)(a) of that Act, make the following amendments to the List of Specimens Taken to be Suitable for Live Import (29/11/2001):

 

1.      Part 2 of the List: Under the heading ‘Vertebrate Animals’, Class: Mammals (Mammalia) in the appropriate alphabetic position:

Eligible non-commercial purpose only, excluding household pets.

 

This instrument commences the day after registration.
