This instrument repeals redundant declarations and specifications made under the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 to facilitate the remaking of certain declarations under subsection 5(6) of the Act in a new legislative instrument, namely the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation (Specified Persons and Acts) Declaration 2019.
