This instrument prescribes a rate of 0.03 to be used in the formula set out in subsection 30(1) of the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 to calculate the lump sum amount of payable compensation. It also repeals the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 - Notice Specifying a Number for Redemption of Compensation (Notice No. R1 of 1994).
