This determination revokes the Determination Prohibiting use of Vessels - Part of the Great Australian Bight Commonwealth Marine Reserve – Marine Mammal Protection Zone of the Former Great Australian Bight Marine Park (Commonwealth Waters), published in the Commonwealth of Australia Gazette on 19 December 2013 (see C2013G01938)
This instrument was originally made under the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Regulations 2000 and from 19 December 2025 continues in effect or in force under the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Regulations 2025.
