This instrument amends the ASIC Class Order [CO 14/1252] so that the time period for compliance with certain provisions of Schedule 10 of the Corporations Regulations 2001 as modified by ASIC Class Order [CO 14/1252] is extended by one year. Schedule 10 to the Corporations Regulations 2001 sets out requirements for the disclosure of fees and costs of superannuation and managed investment products in Product Disclosure Statements and in periodic statements.

Part 1—Preliminary

1        Name of legislative instrument

This is the ASIC Corporations (Amendment) Instrument 2018/1088.

2        Commencement

This instrument commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.

Note:    The register may be accessed at www.legislation.gov.au.

3        Authority

This instrument is made under subsection 1020F(1) of the Corporations Act 2001.

4        Schedules

The instrument that is specified in the Schedule to this instrument is amended as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule.
