This instrument amends the Radiocommunications (Short Range Devices) Standard 2014 to specify that the standard for performance of a low interference potential device is the standard listed in the Radiocommunications (Low Interference Potential Devices) Class Licence 2015, and also amends the Radiocommunications (Compliance Labelling – Devices) Notice 2014.
