Suspension of Standing Permission in the Woomera Prohibited Area

Woomera Prohibited Area Rule 2014

I, Elizabeth McGregor, Assistant Secretary Strategic Critical Infrastructure and Foreign Investment, as a delegate of the Minister for Defence suspend permission under section 11 of the Woomera Prohibited Area Rule 2014:

1.                  to travel on:

a.       the Stuart Highway between the locations set out in Schedule 1;

b.      to travel on that part of the Tarcoola to Darwin railway line that is within the Woomera Prohibited Area.

2.         during the period set out in Schedule 2; and

3.         while access is prevented by the establishment of an access control point.

Schedule 1.

 

 

  1. Between the Ingomar Rest Stop at S29.697100,E 135.131879 and the Woomera Prohibited Area boundary at S30.600743, E135.384943.
