Part 1—Preliminary

1        Name of legislative instrument

This is the ASIC Corporations (Amendment) Instrument 2018/810.

2        Commencement

This instrument commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.

Note:    The register may be accessed at www.comlaw.gov.au.

3        Authority

This instrument is made under paragraph 907D(2)(a) of the Corporations Act 2001.

4        Schedule

The instrument specified in Schedule 1 to this instrument is amended as set out in Schedule 1.

 

 

 


Schedule 1—Amendments

ASIC Corporations (Derivative Transaction Reporting Exemption) Instrument 2015/844

 

1        Subsections 5(1) and 7(1) and Section 13

Omit “30 September 2018”, substitute “30 September 2020”.  

 

2        Paragraphs 5(3)(a) and (b)

Omit “1 October 2018”, substitute “1 October 2020”. 

 

3        Subsections 6(1) and 8(1)

Omit “30 September 2018”, substitute “31 March 2019”. 

 

4        Subsection 9(1)

Omit “31 December 2018”, substitute “31 March 2019”.
