Part 1—Preliminary

1        Name

This instrument is the Parliamentary Business Resources (Office Holder) Amendment Determination (No. 1) 2018.

2        Commencement

This instrument commences on 17 September 2018.

3        Authority

This instrument is made under section 7 of the Parliamentary Business Resources Act 2017.

4        Amendment of previous determinations

Parliamentary Business Resources (Office Holder) Determination 2017, made on 14 December 2017, is amended as set out in Schedule 1.

Schedule 1

The Parliamentary Business Resources (Office Holder) Determination 2017 is amended as follows:

Chair or Deputy Chair of a properly constituted Parliamentary Committee, including Select, Standing and Statutory Committees, and whether Joint or of a single House.
