I, Melissa Price, Assistant Minister for the Environment, pursuant to subparagraph 303EC(1)(a)(i) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, and having considered a report under subparagraph 303EC5(a) of that Act, make the following amendment to Part 2 of the List of Specimens Taken to be Suitable for Live Import (29/11/2001):

Under the heading ‘Vertebrate Animals’, Class ‘Amphibians (Amphibia)’, in the appropriate alphabetic position:
