CASA EX101/18 Exemptions as made
This instrument allows foreign cadet pilots who have a class 2 medical certificate to take a flight test for a CPL without having to obtain a class 1 medical certificate in Australia. This requirement is considered unnecessary for pilots who will not exercise the privileges of a CPL in Australia.
