CASA EX111/18 Exemptions as made
This instrument allows persons, in addition to CASA and flight examiners, to conduct English language proficiency assessments for student pilots, applicants for pilot licences, and applicants for aeronautical radio operator certificates (AROC). The instrument also provides for applicants for an AROC to meet the general English language proficiency standard, instead of the aviation English language proficiency standard.
