These regulations amend the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Regulations 2002 to prescribe the Australian Signals Directorate (ASD) as an Entity, and the Director-General of the ASD as its Principal officer, for the purposes of the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988.

1  Name

                   This instrument is the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Amendment (Australian Signals Directorate) Regulations 2018.

2  Commencement

             (1)  Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.
