I, Paul Murphy, a Delegate of the Minister of the Environment and Energy, pursuant to paragraph 303EC(1)(b) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, hereby amend Part 1 of the List of Specimens taken to be Suitable for Live Import, established under section 303EB of the Act:

 

Under the heading Invertebrate Animals, Arthropods (Arthropoda), Class Insecta in the appropriate alphabetic position:

 

Delete:

Add:

This amendment will take effect the day after registration on the Federal Register of Legislation.
