This instrument repeals certain provisions in Civil Aviation Order 48.1 Instrument 2013 and in Civil Aviation Order 48.1 Amendment Instrument 2016 (No. 1). The repeals mean that, pending the outcome of a review of the fatigue management rules, relevant operators are not required to prepare draft operations manual amendments or a proposed fatigue risk management system.
