This instrument amends the Basin Plan 2012 to adjust the Basin Plan surface water sustainable diversion limits in accordance with the recommendation by the Murray-Darling Basin Authority to the Minister made under section 23B of the Water Act 2007.

General Comments: The Water (SDL Adjustments) Notice 2017 sets out the Murray-Darling Basin Authority’s proposed sustainable diversion limit adjustments for the Basin Plan 2012. These adjustments were adopted by the Minister for Agriculture and Water Resources and given effect by the Basin Plan Amendment (SDL Adjustments) Instrument 2017.

Quantity and Options

The standard production is either A4 or B5 size, conforming with the original document specifications, with a cardboard cover and stapled or perfect bound depending on the number of pages in the document. The covers are produced in black and white and do not have the title on the spine. Different binding options are available at an additional cost, these options can be selected below. The drilling option provides either the standard 4 hole pattern on A4 size copies or the legal 4 hole pattern on B5 size copies.
