Regulations as amended, taking into account amendments up to Illegal Logging Prohibition Amendment (Due Diligence Improvements) Regulations 2018

This regulation gives effect to identity cards for inspectors appointed under Section 19 of the Illegal Logging Prohibition Act 2012. The regulation prescribes information that must be present on an identity card for inspectors appointed under the Act.
