Licences/Radiocommunications as amended, taking into account amendments up to Radiocommunications (Aircraft and Aeronautical Mobile Stations) Class Licence Variation 2018 (No. 1)

This instrument revokes and replaces the Radiocommunications (Aircraft and Aeronautical Mobile Stations) Class Licence 2006 without making any significant changes to the regulatory arrangements created by that instrument. The ACMA has made the Class Licence because the 2006 Class Licence was due to ‘sunset’ (i.e. be automatically repealed) on 1 October 2016, by operation of Part 4 of Chapter 3 of the Legislation Act 2003.
