IMMI 17/101 Arrangements as made
This instrument provides for the use of specified online forms for visa applications and removes the in-person lodgement option for specified Partner visas, with paper applications accepted only in compelling circumstances. This is in line with the proposed amendments to the Migration Regulations 1994, which allows the required application form and address for lodgement of a visa application to be specified in the instrument.
