This instrument repeals the Radiocommunications (Cordless Telephone) Standard 2008, and amends the Radiocommunications (Charges) Determination 2017, the Radiocommunications (Compliance Labelling – Devices) Notice 2014 and the Radiocommunications Advisory Guidelines (Managing Interference from Spectrum Licensed Transmitters — 1800 MHz Band) 2012.
