(i)              Pursuant to subsections 7(3) and 7(4) of the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973, the Remuneration Tribunal has inquired into the remuneration and allowances to be paid to certain holders of public office, and other matters significantly related thereto, and determines as set out below.

PART 1 – FULL-TIME OFFICES

1.1            In this part, Determination Number 11 of 2017 (as amended) is referred to as the Principal Determination.

1.2            Table 2A of the Principal Determination is amended by inserting the following entry after the entry for “Freedom of Information Commissioner”.

1.3         Clause 1.2 commences on 15 September 2017.

PART 2 – PART-TIME OFFICES

2.1         In this part, Determination Number 10 of 2017 (as amended) is referred to as the Principal Determination.

2.2       The Additional Sub-clauses to Table A of the Principal Determination are amended by deleting in Clause A9 of  ‘Australian Hearing Services’ the second sentence relating to the Hon. Michael Knight AO.

2.3         Table A of the Principal Determination is amended by deleting “A11” in Column 5 of the entry for Infrastructure Australia.

2.4         The Additional Sub-clauses to Table A of the Principal Determination are amended by deleting Clause “A11” relating to Infrastructure Australia.

2.5         Clauses 2.2 to 2.4 commence on 15 September 2017.

2.6         Table A of Schedule A of the Principal Determination is amended by inserting the following entry after the entry for “Indigenous Land Corporation”.

2.7       The Additional Sub-clauses to Table A of the Principal Determination are emended by inserting in Clause A11 the following: “National School Resourcing Board: The Chair and Deputy Chair will each receive an additional loading of $15,000 per annum for the first 12 months of their appointment.    

2.8         Table B3 of Schedule B of the Principal Determination is amended by inserting the following entry after the entry for the “National Blood Authority”.

2.9         Clauses 2.6 to 2.8 commence on 15 September 2017.

PART 3 – JUDICIAL AND RELATED OFFICES

3.1         In this part, Determination Number 09 of 2017 (as amended) is referred to as the Principal Determination.

3.2         Table 3 of the Principal Determination is amended by deleting the entry for the “High Court of Australia, Chief Executive and Principal Registrar” and replacing with the following.

3.3         Clause 3.2 commences on 3 April 2017.
