This instrument sets out the circumstances in which an approved child care service other than an approved occasional care service is taken to have provided a session of care to a child who was absent from the whole of that session, after absences on 42 earlier days in the financial year, and the circumstances in which an approved child care service that is an approved occasional care service is taken to have provided a session of care to a child who was absent from the whole of that session.
