I, ALAN TUDGE, Minister for Human Services, acting under subsection 124PG(1) of the Social Security (Administration) Act 1999 make this Determination.

1  Name

                   This is the Social Security (Administration) (Trial Area) Amendment Determination (No. 2) 2017.

2  Commencement

                   This Determination commences on the day it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.

3  Authority

                   This Determination is made under subsection 124PG(1) of the Social Security (Administration) Act 1999.

4  Schedules

                   Schedule 1 amends the Social Security (Administration) (Trial Area – Ceduna and Surrounding Region) Determination 2015.

                   Schedule 2 amends the Social Security (Administration) (Trial Area – East Kimberley) Determination 2016.

Schedule 1—Amendment

Social Security (Administration) (Trial Area – Ceduna and Surrounding Region) Determination 2015

1  Section 3

Omit “This Determination ceases on 14 September 2017”, substitute “This Determination ceases on 14 March 2018”.

Schedule 2—Amendment

Social Security (Administration) (Trial Area – East Kimberley) Determination 2016

1  Section 3

Omit “This Determination ceases on 25 October 2017”, substitute “This Determination ceases on 25 April 2018”.
