This instrument amends Part 2 of the List of Specimens taken to be Suitable for Live Import (29/11/2001) by adding Gryllodes sigillatus (decorated cricket), to the list of specimens deemed to be suitable for live import. This instrument allows live specimens of the Gryllodes sigillatus to be imported into Australia under Part 2 of the live import list with the conditions "Research only. High security facilities only.".

I, JOSH FRYDENBERG, Minister for the Environment and Energy, pursuant to paragraph 303EC (1) (a) (i) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, make the following amendment to Part 2 of the List of Specimens Taken to be Suitable for Live Import, established under s.303EB of the Act:

Under the heading Invertebrate Animals, Arthropods (arthropoda, Class: Insecta) in the appropriate alphabetic position:
