The Australian Communications and Media Authority makes the following determination under subsection 9(1) of the Telecommunications (Carrier Licence Charges) Act 1997

1  Name

                   This is the Telecommunications (Carrier Licence Application Charge) Amendment Determination 2017 (No. 1).

2  Commencement

                   This instrument commences at the start of the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.

3  Authority

                   This instrument is made under subsection 9(1) of the Telecommunications (Carrier Licence Charges) Act 1997.

4  Amendment

                   The instrument that is specified in Schedule 1 is amended as set out in that Schedule.

Omit “$2 076”, substitute “$2 122”.
