This class order exempts a responsible entity in certain circumstances from the requirement under paragraph 601FC(1)(d) to treat members of a registered schemes of the same class equally and the requirement under paragraph 601FG(1)(a) to acquire interests in a registered scheme for no less consideration than would apply to other members.
