This determination amends the Social Security (Administration) (Trial Area – East Kimberley) Determination 2016 to delay the cessation of the determination until 25 April 2017, which is 12 months from commencement of the 2016 determination. This will extend the Trial in East Kimberley until 25 April 2017.

1              Name of Instrument

                This Determination is the Social Security (Administration) (Trial Area – East Kimberley) Amendment Determination 2016.

2              Commencement

                This Determination commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.

3             Schedules

 

Schedule 1 amends the Social Security (Administration) (Trial Area – East Kimberley) Determination 2016.
