This instrument sets out the period of time within which applications must be made for the purposes of Section 10D of the Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2000. These applications are applications for renewal of registration of providers on the Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students.

Education Services for Overseas Students (TEQSA Registration Renewal Application Period) Determination 2016




The Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency hereby determines, for the purposes of subsection 10D(3) of the Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2000 (ESOS Act), that applications to TEQSA for renewal of registration under subsection 10D(1) of the ESOS Act must be made:

a)      at least 90 days prior to the date on which a provider’s registration is due to expire; or

b)      within such shorter period as TEQSA allows.
