This instrument amends the Parliamentary Entitlements Regulations 1997 to provide Senators and members of the H of R with permissible postal addresses that may be included on personalised letterhead stationery. It also provides members of the H of R with the power to determine how many postal vote applications they print under their entitlement.

1  Name

                   This is the Parliamentary Entitlements Amendment Regulation 2016 (No. 2).

2  Commencement

             (1)  Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.
